after quiet some loops and changes over the last weeks, we are now starting the BETA test of the new version of Fleetmon with our supporters and all AIS sharers. There will be access for this group after login (selected users). We are planning to release the new version asap. Eager to hear your opinions and feedback :-)

Next update for < iOS 3.1 Users available- Fleetmon v1.3.2, correcting backwards compatibility for older (or jailbreaked) iPhones
There are new options to keep notes with your beloved vessels and a faster way to browse them on the WorldMap. The sorting of all entries and fields is of course possible :-)
New buttons at Digital-Seas start-page (for logged in users) give quick access to your favourite list.

we spend quiet some time on the complete rewrite of Fleetmon :mobile for the iPhone and iPad over the last month. During development of the client we also changed the database schemata to decrease the delay of position info down to 2secs and opened an API for most of the services.
We believe there is no other software available for mobile devices, which shows more current information of vessel positions and better images :-) (thanks to the help of all of you!)
Yes, the improvements will be visible on the DS platform also and especcially in the new Version 2 of Fleetmon, coming soon.
General:

We thought it was a good idea when Stevo wished for a better markup of search results.
So please find the new layout enabled for the search field and give us some feedback. Hope this will make your daily lookup a bit faster and more fun :-)
